The Opportunity

FAA Transportation is a family owned Limo Company located in San Diego. The company is small and growing steadily. The company's owner realized that he needed to improve his digital presence but was not sure how to go about it. We met with him to discuss the current situation and made several recommendations.

What we found:
  • a very basic Wix website template website that was generating less than 100 visitors per month.
  • no business listings on major sites such as Yelp or Google my business
  • very basic reservation forms with no distinct funnel
  • limited visibility on search engines
  • too long of a domain name
What we proposed:
  • Change the domain name to a shorter version that was optimized for search engines
  • Create a new website that clearly defined their services
  • Create a search engine optimization strategy to make it easy to be found on search engines such as google and bing.
  • Find and integrate a booking software that is user friendly for both the consumer and the business
  • Create listings in yelp and google my business and optimize the listings with keywords and unique value proposition of his company
  • Create and link social media accounts that are optimized for the business
  • Launch a pay per click marketing campaign to generate traffic as the SEO Campaign grows
